Harlow In Bloom – Shipping & Delivery Policy

We pour care into every jar, bar, and bottle—and that includes how your order arrives at your doorstep. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, timelines, weather concerns, and what to do if things don’t go quite as planned.

🌿 Order Fulfillment & Processing Time

Each order is made fresh and prepared with intention. Our fulfillment window is up to 5 business days (Monday–Friday). This includes gathering your handcrafted items, wrapping them securely, and preparing them for shipping.

Important:
Expedited shipping (2-day, Priority, etc.) refers only to carrier transit time—not the time it takes us to prepare your order.

📩 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships—just make sure your email address is accurate at checkout.

💌 Free Shipping (U.S. Orders)

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts). This option ships via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include expedited options like USPS Priority or UPS.

✋ Changes, Cancellations, & Order Adjustments

Because we work quickly to ensure freshness, orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins. This includes:

  • Editing items

  • Updating shipping addresses

  • Combining multiple orders

If you reach out before processing begins, we’ll do our best to help—but once it’s underway, we can’t stop the bloom.

🌞 Heat & Cold Sensitivity

Our formulas are natural—just like the seasons.

  • In warm weather: Products with butters or waxes may soften or melt. Simply place them in the fridge upright to re-solidify. Their magic is still intact.

  • In cold weather: Some liquids may freeze. Let them thaw at room temperature, and they’ll be good as new.

đŸš« No Shipping Protection?

If you did not purchase shipping insurance, Harlow In Bloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will, however, provide your tracking number and carrier info so you can contact the shipping provider directly.

🧭 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Double-check your delivery details—we ship exactly as entered at checkout.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an address error, you’ll be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

  • If you'd prefer a refund, we will deduct original shipping fees and apply a restocking fee.

  • If we don’t hear back from you within 30 days of receiving the returned package, the items and payment will be forfeited.

📬 Missing, Lost, or Marked "Delivered" Packages

If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • If you did not purchase shipping protection, you accept full responsibility for loss and must file a claim directly with the carrier.
